It's hard to believe we're halfway to solid food, and maybe 1/74 way to college tuition bills.
Mom and dad decided to invest in a healthclubmembership, now that my CollegeID is fast expiring. Maybe I can get back into swimming, that passtime of many years ago. I have also been spending a little more time practicing organ than usual. On the side: experimenting with Liszt Hungarian Rhapsody #2 and trying to learn bridge through a combination of online cards and a "for dummies" book that caught my eye while poop machine and I were out on the town.
Band camp is this week, so some piano instruction in addition to my regular studio.
Mom will be out playing horn tomorrow while I play organ. We haven't found a babysitter yet.
With a few late night rehearsals this week, dad has been the primary put-to-sleeper of Evan. It certainly feels good to be mildly useful, but even though I have experienced some success with bottles and putting him to sleep, it's clear that his loyalties lie more with mom. And not for her personality, as the joke goes...
In even better and more incredibly happy joyful news, I can't say officially...but let's offer an Ann Landers style "Confidential to sabil: you guys are awesome and we three are so proud of you."
